Purpose of this module is to create and maintain inspection lists for the inspection system. The tool supports the following systems: X2, MX-3600, Koh Joung.

The main functions are:

• Import CAD Data in GenCAD, FATF, X-Pert TXT formats


• Preparation of the imported data to match the real board, using:
• Multipanel Editor
• BOM Editor & Filter
• Fiducial Editor


• Modification of the imported data like:
• map partnumber/shapes to library shapes
• map partnumber/shapes to FieldOfView size
• map partnumber/shapes to inspection strategy
• map inspection strategies to individual devices


• Provide inspection coverage reports


• Generate the inspection list for one or multiple inspection systems/techniques


• Simulate the inspection using system specific emulation tools


• Define and maintain thresholds for the pass/fail analysis
