The ambiDIAl project contains two
products which were developed by our team: ambiDIAL-server
and ambiDIAL-web. The first product is web- programming
and the second is C-programming. |
| The project is meant for management
of the calls, which is realized by Parlay-device
for ISDN. The principle of the interaction between
Parlay-device and our ambiDIAL-server / ambiDIAL-web
is represented in the picture. |
There are the following components for management
of the ISDN calls: a database, ambiDIAL-server,
ambiDIAL-web and Parlay-device.
The customers have access to ambiDIAL-web over
the Internet and can manage the calls: put in,
divert, import, make graphic evaluations for the
time period.
All data reach the remote-database and are automatically
directed to the ambiDIAL-servers. The ambiDIAL
server has an effect on the Parlay-device by steering
all ISDN calls. So the users of the ambiDIAL-web
interface can manage the ISDN calls. |
